I recently had a fantastic experience with Jack Doran Motors in Drogheda, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, Nigel, the sales representative I dealt with, was outstanding. His attention to detail, customer-focused approach, and genuinely “old school” values made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. He really took the time to understand what we needed and ensured everything was handled to the highest standard. The wider team also deserves great credit. Patricia, Mark, and Robert all contributed to a welcoming and positive atmosphere that makes you feel looked after from the moment you walk in. It’s clear there’s a strong, supportive team culture there. Overall, a first-class experience with excellent customer service throughout. I was in Jack Doran Motors for having chat about new ev6. I was approached by sales man Chad. That was service 10 out of 10. Chad was so helpful and absolutely gentlemen. It was my first time in Jack Doran Motors and definitely not last time. Highly recommended. Great family business. 🙌👌
