I’m a returning customer to McElligott’s in Tralee, having just purchased my third car from them, and once again the experience was absolutely outstanding. A special mention has to go to John Riordan, who is genuinely fantastic to deal with. John is extremely helpful, incredibly patient, and took the time to answer all of my (many!) questions about the new car. Nothing was ever a problem. He always makes sure I choose the right car for my needs, and I truly trust his guidance. The aftersales service is excellent, and the overall customer service is superb. Every visit feels easy and straightforward thanks to the professionalism and friendliness of the team. John is great!— I couldn’t recommend him or McElligott’s highly enough. We have several Mercedes-Benz vehicles and would like to thank the Tralee team for their consistently helpful, courteous staff and excellent service. We are always treated as valued customers, with any issues or concerns promptly addressed and resolved.Traveling from Cork to Tralee is well worth it, as the customer focus and professionalism here stand in stark contrast to our local MB dealer in Cork, where we experienced repeated poor treatment and a lack of courtesy. We will not be returning there.
