She kept me updated throughout the entire process, always returned calls, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was kept informed every step of the way. When you’re dealing with a vehicle issue, good communication makes all the difference, and Katie’s professionalism and customer service were second to none. I’d also like to thank JJ for all his help and assistance throughout the process. Both were a pleasure to deal with. The fault turned out to be a very difficult one to diagnose, requiring significant investigation and input from Kia Ireland. While it was understandably frustrating being without my car for so long, the effort that went into finding the root cause was clear to see, and I always felt that the team were doing everything they could to get to the bottom of it.
