Seeing as this was the first time we had even considered looking for a car from a dealership rather than meeting a stranger in a car park, we decided to make a family day out of it. My wife and I were greeted at reception by a lovely lady who paired us with a sales executive named Karol Drea. From the moment we arrived we were well looked after. Karol met us in the lobby where we had a brief chat about what kind of vehicle we were looking for and he immediately offered a chair to my wife who was carrying our newborn. We were brought into an office then to look through different models and prices after Karol had listened to our requirements. We were allowed to test drive the two vehicles we had narrowed down to on the same day and once we had decided on our new car the rest of the process was painless. Karol examined our car and gave us a trade in value and then handled the finance application all on the same day. We left with all of the information we needed and three days later returned to finalise our purchase. Karol showed us around our new vehicle on collection and was very knowledgeable and professional through the entire process. We were nervous about making such a large purchase but after meeting with this gentleman and having the value of the warranty and after sales services explained we knew we were making the right decision.
