Kia Rio 1.4L Petrol, Dublin - Second Owner

I'm selling my well maintained car. I'm the second owner. Fuel consumption is approximately 14 km per litre in the city with A/C. Air conditioning was recently refilled. I have the receipt for this. There’s an extra tyre with tools. No known mechanical or other issues. Road Tax is €280 per year. A bit of paint loss above the right rear tyre area, which is visible in the pictures.
