This was my first experience dealing with the team in McElligott's Tralee, having recently purchased a new EV6 from them and the experience throughout was exceptional. I had been shopping around for my next car for a number of months, having visited and received quotes from several dealerships. McElligott's Tralee stood out for its straightforward sales process, honest guidance and competitive trade-in valuation, making the overall package more compelling. Special mention to John Riordan, who handled everything professionally and efficiently and took time to offer guidance and answer any questions I had. Nothing was ever an issue. I would highly recommend McElligott's Tralee based on the great value offered, excellent customer service, and a customer-focused experience.

I brought my wife’s Mercedes in for a service and while I was waiting I bought an EV6 from Martin. I had no intention of changing my 23 EV6. An excellent salesman no pressure whatsoever. Mercedes service man Brian very pleasant offered a lift into town etc.

Very happy with the service I got from them all the way very happy with the car will recommend them to all my friends and family
