Bought a car off Joe last year. A 2019 opel mokka. Had a few issues with the air con and each time Joe got the car back in straight away and gave me a curiosity car in the meantime as I do home care and cannot go without a car for work. Joe knew how stressed out I was and assured me they would keep fixing the car until the issue was fully resolved. Now the air con works perfectly and I’ve had no issues since. He is really friendly, and didn’t put any pressure on me to pick a specific car. And kept me updated when my car was in being worked on. Highly recommend!

Sold a car with problems that we discovered a couple of weeks later. We returned the car to them for repairs, they did a small job, leaving the biggest breakdown untouched, assuring us that everything was fine and the part was working properly. When this part was inspected by specialist, it turned out that it was worn out and the repair would cost a lot of money. It turns out that Sullivan Auto treated us dishonestly, assuring us that everything was ok. UPDATE: After trying to convince us that the car was fixed it neither felt nor sounded right. After getting a second opinion fair play to O'Sullivan auto they agreed to cover the cost of the repair.
