They have extensive knowledge of the cars they sell, and there's no pressure or other "you have to buy now because you won't be able to buy later" etc. Tactics like other car dealerships do. I'm happy with my new Xpeng car and with the salesperson, Gavin Cousins. Easy contact with the salesperson, smooth communication, and extensive knowledge. Keep up the good work, Gavin.
