Hinchy's first opened its doors for business in the late 1970's, operating from a small garage behind the family home in Garryspillane, Co. Limerick.

Today, Hinchy's still operate from the same location in Garryspillane, and also from its second location on the Ennis Road in Limerick City. It is a family run business, and the company now employs over 50 people.
