Luke was fantastic to deal with when I needed the brake pads replaced on my Mini. Rather than replacing them straight away, he first suggested checking whether they actually needed changing or if I could safely get a bit more life out of them, which I really appreciated. It showed he was honest and looking out for his customers rather than doing unnecessary work. He also offered me a courtesy car if I needed one, but the job was completed so quickly and efficiently that I didn’t need it. A lovely extra touch was getting my car back freshly washed.
