Being of a certain age and needing a high car which was also electric and manual, I had settled on a Hyundai Inster and although I assumed I would have to purchase a new one, I was delighted to see one on Joe Harvey's website. From the initial contact, he was kind and informative, no pressure whatsoever and open to endless questions about the car. His enthusiasm for his business is wonderful and reassuring. His honesty about a small fault which is to be covered under warranty was admirable. I doubt it would have been noticed for quite awhile but having driven the car, he had become aware of it and already arranged for it to be rectified. He was generous with the trade in for my own car which no longer suited my needs. I would have no hesitation in recommending him - particularly as a woman. Rare for a man not to address questions etc to another man even when its obviously the woman who is buying the car; he could give lessons in gender manners! I am delighted with my purchase.

I saw an ad that caught my attention, texted the number, and Joe called me a few minutes after that. He was 100% available to answer my questions and was very cordial. We agreed to check the car the following day and take it for a drive. I have to say both my partner and I were very pleased to meet Joe in person and were delighted with the attention and care he took to show us the car and explain to us all the details. Joe sold us a car in pristine shape for its age and I hope it will serve us well in the future. Rather than the business/commercial side of things, I'd like to emphasize Joe's kind and warm character that were apparent from interacting with him. I can't overemphasize this enough. Being from outside of Ireland, buying a car here was an unknown experience and we had had a pretty disappointing experience with a dealer elsewhere in Dublin, who treated us like he was doing us a favour while answering our questions. Joe was the kind of person we were hoping we could find but were almost certain didn't exist anymore. Anyway, I can't recommend him enough. I hope we can cross paths again in the future.
