Nothing was ever an issue, and he made sure we stayed up to date during the entire process. Was in for a valuation last Wednesday Couldn't get it by the time I left. Sales man Michael l Assured me I'd get it by 10am the following day it's now Monday and still no call. And I was looking to buy a €73000 x5. Shocking service. Declan B.

What terrible customer service! I contacted Spirit to book my Jaguar in for a service, I had never used them before as this is my first Jaguar. My first concern was getting through the to the service department. Either I was put through and the phone rang out or I was offered a callback that never occurred. Finally in early September I got an appointment for mid December. The day before my appointment I get a text, obviously a phone call would be too much, cancelling and telling me to rebook in the New Year. I called them today, again I was given the option of a call back, amazingly I actually received a call back this time. This however was where the good news stopped. I was told it would be March before I could get an appointment. Upon informing the agent of my previous appointment she put me on hold for five minutes to see what she could do and then hung up.
