I had a brilliant experience with Stephen as I purchased my Audi A3. All the team up here are great, so helpful and friendly. They have a cracking range of cars for sale for whatever you are after. Process of buying mine was seamless. Went to view it on the Friday, deposit paid on the Saturday and it was ready to collect by Wednesday afternoon. VRT, full service, fresh NCT and valet done. I bought my car from O'Regan Motors at the start of the year without a viewing, I didn't have a car at the time to travel around viewing vehicles, so I had to put my full trust in O'Regan Motors that the car was exactly as described. From start to finish, Jason was absolutely amazing. Every question I had was answered promptly, and even after I bought the car, any queries I had were always followed up and never ignored. The customer service has been excellent throughout. I was very sceptical about buying another car because I'd had such a bad run of luck over the last few years with previous cars. I'd dealt with head gasket failures, clutch issues, turbo problems and other costly repairs, so I was understandably nervous. O'Regan Motors have genuinely restored my faith that there are still good, honest people out there. The biggest proof of that came today. Since buying the car, it hasn't needed any work other than routine checks, and it has just passed its NCT for the next two years with flying colours. That gave me so much confidence that I made the right decision. I honestly can't thank Jason and everyone at O'Regan Motors enough. If you're looking for an honest dealership that stands by its cars and looks after its customers, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
