I wanted to say a sincere thank you to the team at Conlons – Land Rover Jaguar, and especially to Aaron in the service department, for the outstanding support I received recently. After my car was rescued by Land Rover Assist due to a part failure over the weekend, the team was incredibly efficient and professional in getting everything sorted without delay. Nothing was too much trouble—from the clear communication to the way they took ownership of the situation, including arranging for the part to be covered as a goodwill gesture. I genuinely felt well looked after throughout the process, and I’m very grateful for the care and attention to detail shown.
