I must say this.I bought a used car from Johnson and Perrot last year and I was told like they will help me if there is any problem with the car.Well the car was fine initially and after some time I noted a complaint and I approached them to fix it and with in no time they helped me to fix that.I must appreciate this guy Mr Kieran in the service department who is soo good and he is always happy to help.I had several complaints with the car all those I noticed and I told to them and always they are helping me.I feel so safe with Johnson and perrot. One other happy customer.Please continue doing this good job guys and cheers to kierran for your excellent customer service.

It looks like my first review has vanished? Very strange 🤔. So I will post again. The worst after sales customer service I have ever dealt with. Phone calls and messages are ignored and unanswered. Shocking for a Land Rover garage. Constant communication until you have given them a cheque though.
