Land Rover Defender DEFENDER 110 3.0 D S MY25 HARD

I had a bad start with this dealership when I made an enquiry about a used I4. My enquiry was poorly handled and so I gave the dealership a poor review. However, the dealership’s customer services followed up immediately on my review by asking Ben, one of the sales team, to contact me. Ben is the ultimate professional, friendly and highly knowledgable. He handled my enquiry efficiently and we completed a deal. I took delivery today of an I4 and am delighted. I have always maintained that the measure of a great company is how they respond when things go wrong and in this regard John Morrison Motors excels. I would highly recommend this dealership.

The lads in the service department are top class. They looked after a few recall items on my car with no hassle at all. Great communication throughout, fantastic service, and sound people to deal with. Highly recommend.
