This was my first time buying from Hyundai and as I was buying an electric car for the first time, I had a few questions. Gavin answered all my questions and put me at ease about my new EV. Our experience of buying our new Hyundai Inster was a pleasure from start to finish. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. As we had no previous experience of electric cars, we needed a lot of guidance. Ray explained everything very clearly through the whole process and was very patient as he took a lot of time on the evening we collected the car to go through all the the different aspects of a car that was a totally new experience to us both.
