Last year we started experiencing issues with our car, we had brought it to another garage twice, both times the issues re-emerged and were not fully resolved. Booked into Spirit Ford and from start to finish the experience was exceptional. Costs and repairs were discussed upfront, the timeframe we were told it would take to fix the car was accurate. All within 48hrs of dropping the car off. We received a detailed report after the service and received regular updates during the service of anything that needed a decision.
