It is 3 weeks since I purchased my beautiful Range Rover evoque. Thanks so much to John . He was so pleasant to deal with . He is upfront and honest and a no nonsense guy with a lovely quirky sense of humour. He made it so east to change ownership, insurance, paperwork etc . I purchased a volvo from John and few weeks ago. Through no fault of his, or mine, the car developed a fault. John couldn't do enough to keep me mobile by providing me with a replacement car, and then when fault proved insurmountable, he gave me two options, a car to the same value, or my money back. Unfortunately he didn't have a suitable car in stock although I would have been happy to buy from him again. He gave me my money back, no quibbles, no argument and no bad feelings.
