Land Rover Discovery Sport S 1.5 I3 PHEV 300 PS AW

Recently had car serviced and a couple of parts replaced with the assistance of Sean. He has been fantastic and made what could have been a more painful process very easy to sort out. All the staff are most friendly and the coffee is good too. Thanks.

Rang about getting my car checked after a fault occurred with its charging capability. The car has 50,000km on it and is still under manufacturer warranty. The car was purchased from Joe Duffy Swords, the car was serviced by Joe Duffy Swords. When I called the service dept, they told me "we can't take the car" "we're too busy".... Not, sorry we are very busy it could be 1 month or 2 months etc. Straight out "No we are not taking it". I was told to ring around elsewhere, I had rang around elsewhere at this point, Conlans Jaguar, Spirit Jaguar, Jaguar Waterford. No one will look at it, I still have no appointment and a Jaguar car which will not charge. Jaguar Ireland had told me that Joe Duffy Swords would be my best bet! Best bet, and they will not even look at it. This is comical service from a "Luxury Brand". And I would be very careful before I purchase a car from any Jaguar/LR dealer.

Booked my car in for a problem. Was showing to the services area. Was full so was so told sit somewhere else. Was left for two hours sitting there no one came over to me to ask me was i be looked after. A couple came in he had a suit she was dressed nicely. They where offered tea coffee walk by me not even a look. I had a jacket and jeans on and so was avoided. Seem they care about people with money. Wouldn’t even look at me. I end up leaving and bring the car to another garage.
