I messaged Chris on WhatsApp, and his speed and honesty in answering my questions were refreshing. I actually felt confident enough to put a deposit down over the phone within two hours, something I rarely do! The in-person experience was just as good. I was given plenty of time to check the car myself without a salesperson hovering over me. The cherry on top was the home delivery service.
