Land Rover Range Rover Evoque, 2017

Got a full service at last minute last weekend. I’m very impressed. My car is like new. It’s my fourth service in this car and there has always been issues with it. Reasonable price also. I’ve had my last few jobs done with these guys now and no complaints.

Firstly, the mechanic and the owner both seem sound. My tyres were an unusual size and they were ordered for me without a deposit without them having any guarantee ild come back for fitting. When I did go back everything was quick and smooth. But it later transpired that one of the nuts must have been misplaced during fitting and a substitute was fitted with a different head. Nothing was said to me and so when removing the said nut at a later date with a tool that did not fit properly it was damaged to the point it had to be hammered and grinded off at great expense and now the thread is damaged and will not hold a new nut which means it won't pass an nct. So I'm kinda stuck as to what to do. If they had just said to me we put a new nut on I could have kept an eye out or been aware. I had replaced a puncture on the tyre myself weeks previous so i know the nuts matched before the new tyres went on. I feel bad putting a negative review as they were sound but ya have to let people know these things.

Called in there last saturday after my jeep was overheating.the mechanic told me he thought it was the water pump.we agreed they would fix it monday.i rang monday at five to one and the mechanic told me he hadn't started it yet.i rang again at ten to 5 and was told the water pump was ok and they couldn't fix it. I organised my own mechanic to collect it and bring it to sligo.basically all they did was remove the radiator and I was charged€200 to do this.who do these people think they are. It has since transpired that the water was faulty and has now been replaced. If these people think they can charge these rates and people are happy to pay the best of luck to them.but I definitely wont be back
