Recently purchased a BMW 530e from Sean Fleming Motors, hands down the best experience i've had purchasing a vehicle to date. From the outset, the team couldn't have been more helpful with trade in. Although my trade in was not something that they would list for sale due to age, they contacted a range of their trade contacts in order to facilitate the purchase. Furthermore, their approach to post sale customer service is second to none. After a week of ownership, I noticed that a rear alloy was losing air consistently. Upon further investigation, it became apparent that said alloy had several cracks. As we couldn't source a replacement alloy with the same specification of the set fitted to the car, Sean Fleming & Co elected to purchase a whole set of replacement wheels at their expense. This is testament to their fully transparent and customer orientated approach to business. A breath of fresh air to find dealership with such a traditional approach. A special acknowledgement to Noel, who I dealt with throughout the course of the purchase. Without doubt a repeat customer. Thanks.
