I was having my car serviced, from booking a time to checking the vehicle in the whole process was a very easy. I was kept updated during the service and given information on what needed to be done to the car. The video of the inspection was very helpful. Collection was quick and easy. I also spoke to a staff member about possibly getting new car, this person was very knowledgeable and listened to what I need and want from a car. A test drive was arranged and they emailed me all the relevant information very quickly after our conversation. All the staff I dealt with were professional, friendly and very helpful.

Absolutely perfect! Very competent and fast. First, I received a video about the condition of my car, then I filled out a convenient form that needed to replace, and in a couple hours I picked up the car. Plus I received a car cleaned inside and out. Thanks a lot, I am very pleased!
