Lexus IS 300 Sportcross

2002 Lexus Sportcross Good running car 1 owner for most of its life till it came to me. 2jz engine Auto as most are Torsen rear end Totally stock, drift turds havent had this 1 yet! Shell very good, has had rear part of both sills repaired, inners patched as well, also closing plates in rear arches. Think i did 1 of the rear pockets to. Done a bit to it, front strut bar bushes, cambelt, service etc, put new rear subframe braces and cups on (very spendy for what they are!), 1 front wheel bearing, O2 sensors, kyb shocks (standard gas replacements)on it a couple years ago, fuel filter done etc. Had gearbox out to do torque converter seal, put new bush in as well, and while it was out, spaced up the accumulator springs and bumped pressure up, all new oil and filters, box now swaps cogs up and down as fast as you can hit the buttons, even in full auto mode its far better, much more responsive and positive. Cleaned all 4 arches out, and schulzed them, took all the plastic out to do it. Car unfortunatly is located on the Isle of Man, cross that bridge when we get to it. Had to put Ireland on ad so it would let me list. Few niggly bits as every car does, aftermarket stereo only works when it feels like it, i dont use it much but i do have another 1 here if it bothered you. Front door hinges have a bit of wear, door shuts and close perfectly ok. Front brake discs want skimmed or new 1s, bit of brake judder above 50mph and i think 1 of front tyres is close to needing replaced. All in all, a great car that does excactly what its supposed to do and starts everytime.
