My first car service as a new Toyota customer was excellent. All the team were engaging and keen to solve a technology issue I had. Malones have a customer charter on display and it is rare to experience a service business where every person you meet lives up to the aspirations in their charter. Yesterday the Malones team did so. called yest to enq re buying a car and have to say i left deflated at the attitude of the person i spoke with, frankly he couldnt care less, was condescending and had O interest in me or my cash. Do yourself a favour and take ur hard earned cash elsewhere

"Terrible customer service. A staff member in the parts department deliberately put me on hold for 5 minutes. When I redialed, he acted like he couldn’t hear me—twice. The third time, I asked if he was unwilling to help, and suddenly, he could hear just fine—only to hang up on me. A bad employee can damage a company’s reputation. Hope you improve your service.
