Outstanding Experience at BYD South Dublin! I had an excellent experience with BYD South Dublin and couldn’t be happier with the service. From the very first moment, everyone on the team — from the receptionist and sales staff to the mechanics and finance team — was incredibly friendly, supportive, and professional. First day in the garage and a big welcome from everyone. I was unsure of what I needed and consequently had a few test drives under the guidance of Alan Furlong. A patient, knowledgable man who gave clear explanations for all I didn’t understand and consequently did the deal for Sealion 7 Excellence. Delivery as promised and all arrangements in place as expected. I am thoroughly enjoying my new car and Alan has been able to clarify a few things I couldn’t get my head around. I bought a 2 year old car from BYD south Dublin last year. It was not a BYD make. It’s fabulous and I love it. I bought it from Gavin Cousins. The whole process from start to finish was exceptional and I was never made feel inferior regarding the 10 year old car I was trading in 😉 11 months later I had an issue which was covered under manufacturers warranty. I dealt with the sales manager Alan Furlong this time- he took the car back, investigated the issue and arranged for a Hyundai main dealer to repair it. As it was over Christmas he loaned me a beautiful car so I wouldn’t be stuck. He has seen the issue through until completion and I felt comfortable contacting him recently when I damaged the car myself 🙈 and was looking for repair advise. He has gone above and beyond in terms of after sales service. Completely professional and helpful at every turn. I could not recommend this dealership enough. I have had only very positive experiences with them and will definitely be returning for my next car. Thank you Gavin and Alan Sandra McFarland
