Lexus NX NX450H+ EXECUTIVE AWD

Had issues with the brakes making a ton of noise and was mostly fixed. Changing previous review as per conversation from support providing clarity on service performed. Fair play for the follow up, my misunderstanding on the situation

Excellent Honda dealer with outstanding service at point of sale. I dealt with Stephen and couldn’t be happier with the Civic I ended up buying. The car was delivered to my home in immaculate condition and is a pleasure to drive. I’ll go back to Des Darcy again when it’s time to buy a new/used car. I highly recommend them and they stock a large number of used cars.

We purchased a used car recently from this dealership, and worked with Mark. He was a true professional, no high pressure sales tactics which would have turned us off immediately. We spent several weeks deciding on the right car for us, and made it clear that we were looking at competitors products as well. Mark was courteous and professional. Before picking up the car that we chose for delivery, Mark said he had some work to do on it to make sure it was presented in tip top shape. They fixed some minor cosmetic issues and performed a complete valet. He reviewed all of the features of the car for us (there are many), and was pleasant to deal with through the entire process.
