I was very please with my first experience with BYD. The guy sorry I cant remember his name was extremely friendly and welcoming. He fully understood the questions I asked and was fully understanding of where I was coming from due to my experience with my previous car a BMW. He explained everything that was done and the reasons why. I was very happy with the service and the the receptionist which dealt with me.

Had an amazing experience purchasing my car from BYD South Dublin. I dealt with Sam through the whole process and he was extremely friendly and professional , always keeping me update to date on the status. I knew what car I was after and Sam made sure I got it. Really appreciate it. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family looking for a new car!

I have to say, it was top class from start to finish. Driving over 35 years now, and BYD staff could not do enough for me, especially Kian. He explained everything that was going to happen in detail, and was extremely friendly and professional. Could not have gone any better. An absolute pleasure to deal with BYD on the long mile road.
