I couldn’t be happier with the car that I purchased from Jack and Charles Hurst but more so I couldn’t be happier with the service. I made an initial enquiry on a car after having a poor experience elsewhere. As someone in sales I am myself quite particular on what I expect of someone in that role. Jack was great, he was focussed on what I wanted and delivering great customer service. Whilst I’m not based in Northern Ireland I would buy from Jack and Charles Hurst again in a heartbeat. Wonderful people to deal with. Particular shout out to Matt, Cathal and Richard. Had an engine light which was sorted on the day under the approved used warranty, sorted a curbed wheel for me. And when the door lock played up as I was leaving the shop after the wheel was fixed, Matt dropped everything and tried to fix it so I could have a fully working car again. Excellent service and excellent people
