Luxury Lexus NX, 2018

I'm not one to leave reviews really but I feel I have to leave one here. By far, the best customer service experience I had compared to other dealers I've been to. I have dealt with Marc who was really helpful with any info I needed. They have a very nice selection of cars, all in great condition. Prices are reasonable too, depending on what you're looking for. I got a great deal on the car I bought after trading in my older one and a 12 month warranty which covers most non wear and tear parts. Serious and genuine people. Would recommend 100% to anyone. I'll definitely be back for my next car 👌

Very professional and easy to deal with! I bought a Skoda Octavia off Mark last week and I'm absolutely loving it. I was able to trade in my old car for it and I found Mark to be very fair with his valuation. Overall I would recommend this car dealership to anyone!

Harford Motor Company set the bar across the board for a perfect customer experience. From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry, Mark was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. As I was working from home, he helped me with the delivery of the car. They are also great with after sales service as NCT was due in the next 2 months but Mark promised me if the car fails in NCT they would cover the costs. Non-surprisingly the car has passed the NCT today without any issue. I had a great experience at Harford Motor Company. A corporate dealership with great professionalism. I highly recommend them.
