Mazda CX-5 2.2 - FULL TP WATERS MAZDA SERVICE HIST

I bought a new Jeep Avenger from TP Waters very recently. Buying a new car is enjoyable for sure but can be stressful too in some ways. However from start to finish it was an absolute pleasure dealing with TPW, and especially my dealings with Manager Barry Waters. He was very professional and helpful throughout, kept me well informed at every stage (including a small delay from the manufacturers), and he went over and above to ensure that I was completely happy with my purchase - almost like it was his own. I was happy with the trade-in Barry gave me for my own car (better deal than several other Dealers had offered me and it was the clincher for me) plus the deal he did for me on the new Jeep. I also asked him to arrange to have the roof painted black to go with the storm grey on the body and it turned out fabulous - and again he gave me a great deal on that together with the option to have the new car SupaGard-protected which I availed of. All in all I’m delighted with my new car and the support package that comes with it from TP Waters and I couldn’t recommend TPW and Barry himself highly enough.

Waters once again This is my second car from them and I couldn’t be happier Barry was brilliant throughout the whole process,he really went above and beyond to make everything as easy and stress free as possible from replying on his own time out of hours to dealing with me being emotional trading in my first car he truly was great! Anthony and team in services, who has always helped me out no matter what Their customer care is absolutely amazing and I will continue to come back I highly recommend to anyone Thanks again Barry and team!
