Positive experience overall. I bought a car from Auto Express in Limerick and initially experienced an intermittent issue with the check engine light and occasional loss of power. After bringing it back and discussing the situation with the team, they were helpful in working with me to resolve the issue. Instead of continuing repeated repairs, they ultimately assisted me in finding a better replacement vehicle that suited my needs. I bought a Volkswagen Golf 1.4TSI Auto off AutoExpress on the Dock Road. I must say that from the outset I had an enjoyable experience. I walked in and was greeted immediately by Stuart. He was warm and welcoming despite it being a freezing cold day. I was allowed to go and explore the wide range of stock where I went back to Stuart with a few ideas. He went over and above in giving me a wide range of options where he happened on a white VW Golf in Galway. He had it down from Galway within a few days and I took it for a test drive where Stuart was with me and was very engaging in conversation. When I got back from the test drive I told Stuart I would take it. A week later I had the car and it drove beautifully. An ABS sensor went in it which is a common fault, but Stuart had it fixed for me almost the next day. And absolutely outstanding delivery of service and I would highly recommend. Stuart was a gentleman and brilliant to deal with. I look forward to dealing with them again in the future. Jason
