Mazda RX-8 2004

2004 Mazda RX-8 192 in good overall condition. Owned by an enthusiast and maintained with the common RX-8 problem areas addressed over the years. The engine was rebuilt approximately 2 years ago by a well-known and respected RX-8 mechanic within the Irish rotary community. The car has covered only around 1,000 miles since the rebuild. Documentation of the rebuild history and communications regarding the work are available. The car has been parked for several months and currently cranks but is not starting. Prior to being parked, an intermittent electrical issue appeared to be related to dampness/moisture, causing erratic dashboard behaviour. After drying out the interior, the dashboard symptoms improved and the car continued to turn over normally. The car is also very low on fuel and will require recommissioning before returning to the road. Failed NCT on rear shocks. Aside from this, the car is in good condition for its age. Rust issues that commonly affect RX-8s have been addressed, and the lighting and other typical maintenance items have been looked after.
