From start to finish the service we received was top notch. My first impressions were good. The girls (wish I could remember names) at reception on our initial and most recent visits were always cordial and welcoming. On arrival we were ushered to and introduced to John Gavin of the sales team. Immediately we felt like our business was appreciated. On their website I'd viewed a car that I liked. John not only brought us to the vehicle but also invited us to a test-drive on the same day. A significant portion of my decision to purchase was based on John's incredibly pleasant manner and demeanor (somewhat rare in contemporary customer service). Not to mention also, his in-depth technical and practical knowledge. This absolute gentleman has an abundance of relevant experience. I've not received this level of customer care in a long time. Thanks again, John, for our reminiscing chat about mutual past career adventures. Mercedes-Benz, please bottle and package John Gavin's sales approach. It's a winning formula. Meanwhile, back to the motor. It drives and handles beautifully. I couldn't be happier.
