Mercedes-Benz B-Class 2006

Selling as a road legal runner, not breaking for parts. Open to reasonable offers. May not be the prettiest out there anymore, but her engine is tip top, solid and smooth, gear box, clutch, brakes, lights, steering and suspension all perfect, not a bother on anything and she has never let me down on a journey, not once. Starts and runs easy, no trouble any weather. Few scrapes from previous owner's bad parking, but never been crashed or in a tip. (Comes with a bottle of touch-up paint colour matched by a specialist in the UK, just didn't get around to applying it). She has a few more years running no problem, simplest of the engines on the B-Class, so very little to go wrong with them and very economical on petrol. Passed NCT easily in January. Just had oil and filter change on March 6th, cabin air filter changed end of February and new brake pads on passenger front on March 31st. (Can throw in set of new brake pads for driver front for first lucky buyer). CD player not working but radio works fine, LCD screen on main instrument panel fades out when car runs for a bit, but can read fine when cold. (Can be bought on eBay and relatively easy install for anyone handy). Speedometers are analogue, work perfectly. Air con only really defogs at full setting, and sometimes whirrs as if stuck, but a few flips on and off and she goes again, works as needed the absolute majority of the time. (Heats the car grand, defogs windows grand too, ultimately). Tyres have plenty of treads and grip but are old and need replacing for that reason. Central locking works grand but back driver's side passenger door sometimes needs to be locked manually and then central locked with key, a habit you get into easily enough. Rear windscreen wiper sometimes sticks, but does work majority of the time and could be sorted by someone handy easily enough. Loads of luggage space, essentially a van as a hatchback...great for gear transport etc. Taxed until June 26. NCT until November.
