Stephen was a dream to deal with. From the minute we set foot on the lot he introduced himself and said he would leave us to browse. The min we had a question he was there to answer it. Some difficulty with a recall issue , however Daryl on the service desk took things in hand and ensured that I was looked after. Providing me with a courtesy car while everything was w resolved. Great service from Connolly’s Galway.

Very pleasant very professional, easy to deal with. I can't give an assessment just yet, as I am waiting for a date to have my faulty sub-frame replaced. Which was due to a Mercedes manufacturer error. I will give a full review when all this completed. I wasn't waiting to long for the appointment to replace the sub-frame. It only took a day to replace and Hannah made that day feel seamless. Hannah went above and beyound measures to facilitate the job and to reassure me and arranged a curtesy car. I can't speak highly enough of her. Thank you. The coffee is great there too!
