Mercedes-Benz C-Class C220d Sport Premium Plus

My dealings with the service department related to having my sub frame replaced. From start to finish, my dealing with Gavin, the service manager, was first class. From explaining the process, getting approval from Mercedes for payment to ordering the parts and installation, Gavin kept me informed all along the way and actually delivered ahead of schedule. I am a very satisfied customer.

Just visited the service dept. Dealing with Rory. What an amazing experience and service from this guy. He couldn’t have done more. Pleasant professional and extremely knowledgeable. Very happy with the repairs and service carried out. Everything done in a timely manner and completed to an extremely high standard. Will return here for future inspection and repairs etc.

Extremely professional from start to finish, with Gavin being my point of contact for the day. The video of the check by the mechanic again was really helpful. The price was very reasonable. I will certainly be using AW Again, and recommending them to friends and colleagues.
