Really impressed with Annesley Williams! I'd been searching for a used Superb Combi Sportline and spotted one at AW. Sent over an enquiry with a part exchange quote for my 10-year-old Octavia Combi, and got details on the car right away, plus a call from Shean shortly after. Shean was so helpful answering all my questions and promised to get back to me quickly about my car, and my finance options. The offer was reasonable, so I put down a deposit on the Superb. Went for a test drive and Shean was lovely, patient, really knowledgeable, and just so easy to deal with. Pamela was great too, made the whole finance process super straightforward :) When I picked up the car the following week, it was absolutely gorgeous. They'd even fixed a small scrape on the alloys – looked brand new. Shean took the time to walk me through all the features so I felt totally confident before driving off. Would honestly go back in a heartbeat when I'm looking for another car :) Well done AW, such a great experience!

I've been a service customer here for a few years, and I decided when it was time to change my car that I would also buy from them, because then I would get to continue dealing with that service department. So myself and my husband came in on a Saturday to speak to Jack about what we wanted. Two weeks later we drove off the lot in a 241 Mercedes that is perfect for our needs, having got a good trade-in on our Skoda. The sales experience was just like the service experience: friendly, polite, honest, and unpatronising. Very happy with our new car, very happy that I'll still be using the service department here.
