A recall for Passengers airbag, appointment was made very quickly. In at 9am out for 11:30am. Really friendly and courtesy car left us in town and picked us up. Audi employee's we're really friendly and polite. Car was returned washed and hoovered and works completed. Well done guys 🫡🫡🫡

I had to drop off my Audi for a recall and was told it would take a few hours to complete the job. I was then offered tea, coffee if I wished to wait or they would drive me into the city and collect me when the job was done. Overall other staff were very courteous and accommodating. Special mention to Edmond Ryan their service advisor for keeping me advised to what was happening and doing all the arrangements above and beyond the recall , great service .
