not a bit happy with conlons .the service set up is not good. i bought a new 520 in 2021.included in the price ive a service pack. i handed my keys over to the service manager at 9.15 am. one morning recently. i let them know i had to be somewhere and needed it done by 1pm if possible(3h 45 min ).assuming that was lots of time. i also had 2 minor issues headlight assist and the dash lights changing for comfort sport economy etc. i got the car at 1.45 (4h 15m)as was told that the dash light issue wasnt done and they would do it again in the future. i live an hour away from conlons. does it take 3h 45m to change oil and filter? i understand diagnostic chech etc but hardly takes long? i also discovered that night that the headlight assist wasnt sorted and i was assured it was? doubt ill be buying again off them.
