Very pleasant very professional, easy to deal with. I can't give an assessment just yet, as I am waiting for a date to have my faulty sub-frame replaced. Which was due to a Mercedes manufacturer error. I will give a full review when all this completed. I wasn't waiting to long for the appointment to replace the sub-frame. It only took a day to replace and Hannah made that day feel seamless. Hannah went above and beyound measures to facilitate the job and to reassure me and arranged a curtesy car. I can't speak highly enough of her. Thank you. The coffee is great there too!

Brought my Mercedes in for the B Maintenance Service and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Booking was simple, reminders were timely, and the service was carried out with great professionalism. The staff was friendly and attentive, which gave me full confidence in the quality of their work. I’ll definitely return for future service needs.
