Lovely staff over the phone and in-person. They call you back when they promise unlike other main dealerships, they definitely go above and beyond. My kids and I were treated very well,vespecially by Ryan, he was very professional but also personable. Unfortunately, the car did not suit our current needs but if things change in the future I would definitely not hesitate to buy a car from here.

Just picked up my new car. The service I received was second to none. I dealt with Evan and Brendan and they were excellent. They were courteous, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. It was a seamless, pleasant experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend Grange Motors.

I recently upgraded my GLC, and after reaching out to various Mercedes garages around the country, Mercedes-Benz South Dublin was the first to come back to me — and it turned out to be the best decision I could have made. From the moment Kerrie picked up the phone, she was proactive, attentive, and completely focused on helping me find the right car. She immediately pulled together a selection of options she thought would suit me and suggested I come out the following Thursday to test drive them. As the day approached, I was still unsure whether the journey would be worth it, but Kerrie rang again to reassure me , her energy and care made all the difference. When I arrived, the car she had waiting for me was spot on. It was clear she’d listened closely to everything I said, and I knew straight away it was the one. Less than a week later, I was back at Mercedes South Dublin to collect it. I spent around 40 minutes with Brendan, who took the time to walk me through every single feature of the car. He explained things I’d never fully understood on my previous GLC , even after six years of owning it. He was calm, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. The whole experience with Mercedes South Dublin far exceeded my expectations. Everyone I dealt with was professional and welcoming, but Kerrie and Brendan stood out. I’ve already decided I’ll be back in a few years for my next upgrade, and I’ll be going straight back to them.
