I needed a window repair urgently as my window fell into the door and Lisa couldn't do enough for me in the Service desk - they fitted me in that afternoon, pulled the window up ( no charge ) so I could drive it while the part arrived 2 days later and fitted me in straight away - despite the fact that they were busy with other bookings. And to top it off the car was hoovered and washed which was badly needed ! Really happy from start to finish.

Professional team who were responsive to all questions and queries from the minute I contacted them. Darren Doyle did an excellent job demonstrating the vehicle I was interested in and went the extra mile to get the deal done. I walked away happy with my trade in and my new vehicle. Would recommend to others if looking for an Audi, new or second hand.

5 stars. This is my second year driving down from Dublin to get my car serviced, the communication and updates from the service department, especially Lisa is excellent. Far superior to any experience I’ve had with other dealers.
