Dealt with Jer who was exceptionally pleasant - and as others have mentioned - no pressure! They gave me a fair deal trade in on my car when I bought an F-Type from them about two months ago. I'd do business with them again. Update! I had an issue with the car that showed up on a Jaguar service and went back to Lambe & O'Connor and they fixed it free of charge AND - wait for this - I didn't ask them but they replaced the spark plugs free of charge which Jaguar were going to charge me over €500 for. Wow - how nice was that? Definitely recommend them!!
