Picked up my new BYD Seal-U yesterday from Jess. Form first call to car collection and aftercare Jess has been amazing. Car arrived very quickly and Jess stayed in contact throughout the process. She answered questions today and has been wonderful to deal with. The car itself is amazing and incredibly high tech and value for money. I dealt with Jess in BYD and had a very positive experience. My wife and I bought a Seal U on PCP and the process took us a couple of months to decide on our preferred make and model. Jess and Matt at BYD were very informative and had all the answers we needed. Not pushy, had relevant competitor information and very easy to deal with. The finance staff and process were quite straightforward. In the end we were happy to go with the BYD as our choice versus competitors but Jess and BYD West Dublin made the process easy.
