Window regulator went this morning on my Audi, rang them asking about the part number, they refused to give me the part number. I asked why because they gave me part number before without issue. Fella I spoke with was easily the most ignorant individual I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. Called another Audi garage and the chap on the phone was very friendly and had no issue with providing me the part number
