Absolutely amazed by how BMW Assistance and Conlans handled the recall on my car and all the support provided — from collecting the car to sending me video updates and a full assessment of the vehicle’s overall condition. On top of that, the car was returned washed and spotless. Not to mention the bag of branded gifts. Absolutely outstanding service and brand experience. I’m truly delighted. And, of course, the recall issue seems to be fully resolved. Now more than ever, I’m a proud BMW owner.

In Conlons we dealt with Ryan in Service dept and he couldn't have been more helpful, he kept me updated at all times on work being carried out and made sure our visit to Conlons ran smoothly so 10 out of 10 for Ryan, shout out to Cian and Siobhan too ye were great so a huge thank you to all involved.
