Connolly's Mercedes Sligo is a fantastic place to deal with. Mercedes cars can sometimes have their issues, but what really makes this dealership stand out is its staff, especially Conor at the service desk. Conor is the first person you meet when you arrive and hand over your keys, and he sets the standard for excellent customer service. I would give him a million stars if I could. While I haven't had much interaction with the other staff members, Conor is truly the star of the show. He consistently goes above and beyond to help customers, always taking the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make the whole experience as smooth as possible. People like Conor are rare. He is a real asset to the company, and I sincerely hope Connolly's never loses him. He is worth his weight in gold and is a big reason why customers keep coming back. Highly recommended.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a mechanic yet in Ireland brought a older Mercedes they looked at it no problem and fixed it for within and hour and a half wasn’t a big issue but still , Mechanic came out and chatted to me gave me detailed information and they washed my car upon leaving would definitely recommend
