Five star service to Michael Moore Athlone and in particular to the service manager Michael Burke. Michael couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating to sort out the issue with our GLC 200d at very short notice and I couldn’t recommend Michael and the whole team in Athlone, including Sales more highly. A general comment to Mercedes. Mercedes cars are a five star product, with this you need to deliver five star customer service, sadly not all Dealers do this, as we have found out first hand and Mercedes need to address this. Again, well done to all at Micheal Moore, Athlone, keep up the five star service, it will always bring customers back for repeat business.

I received a service appointment much sooner than I expected, the team were efficient, diligent and very friendly, would definitely recommend them to other customers.
